The Art of Herbal Tea with Briel Beaty with Pennsylvania School of Herbalism

3-3:30 in the Creekside Classroom

In this class we will cover how to make tea blends that are tailored to your personal physical health, mental health and your taste buds! Many herbs that are great for herbal tea blending can be grown on your homestead. We will discuss how to formulate a tea blend, steeping times, decoctions/infusions/tea steeping methods and you will have the opportunity to taste and sample a variety of teas.

  • Parking and admission are free, you can support the event by making purchases at our farm store and greenhouse, purchasing from vendors and sponsors and by making a donation at the welcome tent. 

  • This event will happen rain or shine

  • We recommend bringing a box to carry plants

  • A reusable bag may be helpful for your shopping purchases and giveaways
